In one line: make unlimited videos for your own accounts, monetised or not; don't share or resell the kit. All sales are final.
1. The product
The Siege & Stone 3D Kit (the “Kit”) is a digital download for Claude Code users: a Claude Code skill, a Three.js video toolkit with textures, sound effects and a music track, a demo scene and a guide. Used with Claude Code on your own computer, it turns your own script and voiceover into a vertical 3D animated video.
The Kit does not write scripts, titles or descriptions, does not make voiceovers, does not post videos for you, and is not a stand-alone app. You need the computer, free programs and paid Claude plan described in the requirements. Claude, Claude Code and other third-party services are not part of the Kit and have their own terms and prices.
2. Price and payment
The price is $29.99, paid once. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record: Creem handles the checkout, payment, applicable sales taxes and VAT, and your receipt. Creem's own terms apply to the payment itself.
3. Delivery
Each buyer receives a personal copy of the Kit, prepared for them, with the buyer's name and a licence ID built into it. Your copy is sent by email to the address you used at checkout within 24 hours of your purchase. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to siegeandstone6@gmail.com.
4. Licence summary
The full licence is the LICENSE.txt file inside the Kit; this is a summary. If they differ, LICENSE.txt applies.
You may:
- Install and use the Kit on computers you own or control, to make videos for your own channels and accounts, on any platform, monetised or not.
- Change the Kit for your own use (the code, the skill, the guide).
- Keep, post, monetise and sell the videos you make. They are yours.
- Make videos for a client or employer, as long as the Kit itself is not handed over to them.
You may not:
- Share, give away, resell, sublicense, rent or upload the Kit or any part of it (including the skill, its reference files and modified versions), for free or for money, publicly or privately.
- Sell or distribute products, courses or templates built from the Kit's skill, code or documents.
- Post the demo video as your own content.
One buyer: the licence is for one person (or a one-person business). Teams need one licence per person who uses the Kit. Because every copy carries its buyer's name and licence ID, shared copies can be traced to their buyer. If you break the licence, it ends automatically and you must delete the Kit; videos you made before then stay yours.
5. Third-party assets
Some parts of the Kit are made by others and keep their own licences:
- Textures and sound effects: CC0 1.0 (public domain). Free for anything, no credit needed.
- Music: by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You must show its credit line (given in the Kit) wherever you post a video that uses it.
- three.js (MIT) and Puppeteer (Apache 2.0) are installed by you from npm and are not part of the Kit. The caption font (Poppins) is loaded from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
6. All sales are final
Because the Kit is a digital download delivered in full, all sales are final and there are no refunds. If your download is broken or incomplete, you will get a working copy. See the refund policy.
7. No warranty
The Kit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any claim, damage or loss arising from its use, including platform decisions about your videos, the cost of AI services you use, or problems with your computer. You are responsible for the content of your videos (your scripts, voices and facts) and for following the rules of the platforms you post on. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
